Approval does not guarantee tuition reimbursement or refund of any kind. Decisions regarding tuition/fees are made solely by the business office (cashier@cpcc.edu).


  • Financial Aid, Veteran's Affairs, and/or the Sponsored Student Programs Office must be contacted for advisement on how your financial assistance will be affected. Students receiving financial assistance who completely withdrawal from CPCC will be responsible for repayment of funds.
  • Serious immigration consequences may result from withdrawing or dropping below full-time enrollment status. Serious immigration consequences may result from withdrawing or dropping below full-time enrollment status. F-1 students whose drop or withdrawal would result in less than full-time enrollment status must obtain advising from the Kal Kardous International Student Services Center before submitting this request; J-1 and M-1 students should contact their immigration lawyer for clarification before withdrawing.
  • A Medical/Compassionate Withdrawal assumes all classes for the impacted semester will be dropped. If requesting that any classes be maintained, documentation from the physician stating why it is appropriate to remain in those specific classes must be included.
  • Unacceptable Documentation includes, but not limited to, medical billing, discharge instructions, X-Rays, screenshots, photos, specific medication information, patient education materials will not be accepted.
